We've been manufacturing and shipping our prefabricated kits in Canada for over 15 years. Here's a few things you should know:
Our products are made in the USA and qualify for duty-free entry under the USMCA agreement. However, customers will still be responsible for paying applicable Canadian taxes, customs clearance, and any associated fees upon delivery.
Customs Clearance Process: Canadian customers should be aware that, while duties are not applicable, they will need to pay the Goods and Services Tax (GST) along with any provincial sales taxes (PST or HST) upon delivery. Additionally, if a courier service is used, brokerage fees may apply for handling customs clearance on behalf of the recipient. If you need a broker, we recommend Dilas Customs Brokers at 1-800-402-4762.
Shipping to Canada typically takes 4-10 business days, so please plan accordingly. During checkout, we provide an estimated shipping charge. While we aim for accuracy, actual costs may vary due to Canada’s vast geography. Within 2 business days after ordering and before manufacturing begins, we’ll confirm the final shipping fees along with reaching out to acquire your customs broker details.
Alternatively, we can ship your order to a nearby U.S. border town. We’ll email you the commercial invoice, and you can either pick up the product or arrange for transport across the border.
All payments are in U.S. dollars (USD).
